Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the ECashOffers program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. ECashOffers may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with ECashOffers. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the ECashOffers program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and ECashOffers are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and ECashOffers. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of ECashOffers. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the ECashOffers program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ECashOffers will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or ECashOffers program, even if ECashOffers has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, ECashOffers aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with ECashOffers and may result in legal prosecution. ECashOffers strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. ECashOffers may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. ECashOffers will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Privacy Policy

At ECashOffers, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use ECashOffers's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data collection

ECashOffers collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. ECashOffers asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Cookies

Upon your first visit to ECashOffers, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. ECashOffers does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some ECashOffers features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Fraud Prevention Rules:

At ECashOffers, fraud prevention is a top priority. We strive to protect our advertisers from fraudulent leads to maintain a beneficial relationship. Please read the following rules carefully:

1. Never complete an offer with fraudulent or fake information. This includes your name, mailing address, phone number, and any other information that the offer requires. If there is clear evidence that a user has been submitting offers with fake or fraudulent information, his/her account may be terminated without payment.

2. You may not complete offers that you have already submitted elsewhere. If there is clear evidence of a member repeating offers he/she may have their account terminated without payment, depending on the severity of the abuse. One or two accidental repeated freebie offers aren't seen as abuse.

3. Three or more reversed or repeated offers is grounds for account termination without payment. Repeated offer abuse will not be tolerated in any shape or form.

4. Address verification may be required for a small amount of users. If your address cannot be verified by our system, we will contact you via e-mail in effort to verify your mailing address. If a member doesn't respond or refuses to comply, their account may be suspended and withdrawals/payments revoked.

5. You may only sign up for offers in your own name and only one person may use your account. The exception is married couples who live in the same household, who may share an account.

6. If there is clear evidence of a member promoting the fraudulent use of our site he/she may have their account terminated without pay. This includes giving tips on how to cheat the system, encouraging fraudulent leads, etc.

7.  Members may not incentivize referrals in any way shape or form.  If there is clear evidence of members directly paying for new referrals their account may be terminated without pay.

Information sharing

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member's personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

Changes to this Policy

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
